Free shipping on all orders! Orders are processed daily and are usually shipped within 24 hours.

We are able to offer great prices by sending you products directly from warehouses around Asian tech hubs, often directly from the manufacturer. 

From time to time our supplier for an individual item may not support shipping to a particular country or region.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you tracking information for your package.

Stolen packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery has been confirmed, including parcels left unattended at the delivery address.

To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend selecting a secure delivery location, such as a workplace or attended address. If you believe your parcel has been stolen, we encourage you to contact your local authorities and building management (if applicable) to investigate further.
