Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@smartwatchexpress.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, depending on your location.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We request that you take photos clearly illustrating the issue and send them to us with your return request.
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition, minor cosmetic damage to the external packaging, such as slight dents, creases, or tears incurred during transit, is not covered under our refund or replacement policy.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
All watches come with a 12-month warranty, unless a greater period is offered in your product documentation. Watch warranties protect against “manufacturer defects”.
If a watch has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by a third party the manufacturer will consider the warranty void.
Warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product. Smartwatch Express or the manufacturer will not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bezel, watch bracelet, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
Please note that swimming with a watch is always a risk regardless of the water rating on the watch. Water damage is not covered under the warranty by Smartwatch Express nor any manufacturer. We do not recommend swimming with your watch unless it has a 200m water rating and screw-in crown.
Stolen packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery has been confirmed, including parcels left unattended at the delivery address.
To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend selecting a secure delivery location, such as a workplace or attended address. If you believe your parcel has been stolen, we encourage you to contact your local authorities and building management (if applicable) to investigate further.
